This evening Tim and I went to
Predation Crossfit. Chance and Erin are awesome. They just opened for business this week. We were the only people there so that was really cool. I realized that I'm not as strong as I thought I was. Good thing I figured it out tonight.
Here was our WOD (Workout Of the Day):
200m run (it was 200m to the stop sign so it was really 400m)
15-12-9 (Do 15 the first round, 12 the second and 9 the third time.)
Squats
Push Ups
Pull Ups/Ring Pull Up
200m
I'm sore already but I feel great!
