I was tired, hungry and therefore grumpy, yesterday during my workout. Blah...I didn't want to go but I went anyway. I guess that's a good thing. My workout went fine I was just not my normal sparkly self.
Here was the Wod:
3 Rounds
B.bag 10 L/R/Squats/Push-ups
200 m. run
100 jump ropes
30 sec. HS hold
50/40/30 sit-ups
10 K2E
10 slam balls
Oh well there is always next time.
