The Change Continues

I accomplished all three goals last night. The nice thing about cooling a Paleo dinner is that there are always left overs. Most of the recipes serve 4-6. Since it's just me and Tim I get lunch/snack for the next day. Sometimes I get lunch/snack for two days.

I did great on yesterday's WOD.
5 Rounds - 500 m. row, 15 Dead Lifts #bw
I didn't do my body weight but I did do 95#. The weight will come but today was about doing it correctly. I can dead lift 195# but not 75 times.

I did OK on eating yesterday had some cake that I made. Ti's sitting in our fridge. Should not have had it because it does not being me closer to my goals. (Stupid cake.) So today is a new day. I'm prepared with my awesome food. Leftovers, salad and some new dressing. Got my water right next to me. I'm good to go today.

Today's Goals:
1.Eat clean all day today. No cheats.
2.Cook my planned dinner.
3.Spend 30 minutes picking up the house today.
4.Crush today's WOD.
